The system delivers a complete online shopping experience — from product browsing and cart management to secure checkout with multiple payment methods — alongside a powerful admin panel for full business operation control. Features include a product catalog with advanced filtering, shopping cart with coupon support, Mercado Pago payment integration, bank transfer handling, customer accounts with order tracking and wishlists, an admin dashboard with sales statistics, and a fully responsive mobile-first design. The store also includes an AI assistant that answers customer questions using the published products, measurements, prices, payment methods, shipping and the rest of the site's content, updated automatically as it changes. From the admin panel, the team extends what it knows by uploading documents, adding questions and answers or pasting text, and follows its conversations, the leads it captures, its conversion rate and the questions it could not answer.
